The way of recovery is also a world in itself. Where are you going to start, how are you going to tackle it. The result is different for everyone, personal, but recovery is certainly possible.

The route:
The trajectory could look like this.
Depending on the extent to which someone experiences complaints and for how long, this process can be tailored to their needs.
What I start with are Reiki treatments.
Reiki is a calm and accessible way to take the worst edge off. The mind in particular comes to rest with this. Many people experience that they sleep well the nights after. This is essential to be able to recover.
Once this sharpness is gone, I start a Polarity Massage.
This is a physical treatment where mainly the body is working. This can give a relaxed and energetic feeling.
The coaching conversations can then begin.
During these conversations, attention is paid to topics such as energy and balance, and how to use these yourself using certain tools.
This way, someone regains resilience and stability to continue on their path.
Everyone is different, reacts differently and needs different tools to move forward.
Therefore, no numbers or time can be linked to it.
people can take matters into their own hands with a little help from outside.
